Fiesta may have been pushed back to summer, but there’s a hint of it this weekend with a symphony pops concert and a house float parade in the King William neighborhood. Here’s more on those events and the rest of the weekend’s arts and entertainment highlights:
Randy Rogers Band: This San Marcos band scored big Texas radio hits with “Crazy People” and “I’ll Never Get Over You” from its 2019 album “Hellbent.” “I’m not the young, new kid on the block anymore,” Rogers told the Express-News then, “but we’re still here making great music with a great band.” 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Whitewater Amphitheater, 11860 FM 306, New Braunfels. $36-$98 (some tickets only sold in blocks),

House Float Parade: If you can’t let another April go by without at least a bit of Fiesta, the residents of King William and Lavaca are here for you. Inspired by Yardi-Gras in New Orleans, homes and businesses in the historic neighborhoods will be decked out like parade floats. Since the floats are stationary, it’s the paradegoers who will have to move, walking, biking or driving through the neighborhoods to take in the spectacle. Through April 25. Go to

for a map of participating homes and businesses.
San Antonio Home & Garden Show: Man cave and she shed creators Some Elbow Room, Vitamix, Designer Palms and Elite Lighting Designs are among the dozens of exhibitors, covering everything from construction and renovation to pools and spas at the annual home and garden show. Michael Yo: Stand-up comic Yo probably looks familiar. He’s made a slew of TV appearances, including on “Fear Factor,” “America’s Got Talent” and the “Entertainment Tonight” spinoff “The Insider,” which he co-hosted on weekends. His most recent special, “Blasian,” is streaming on Amazon Prime. 8 p.m. Thursday (family show, 14 and older), 7:30 and 9:45 p.m. Friday, 7 and 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Laugh Out Loud Comedy Club, 618 NW Loop 410. $40-$160 for tables for two, four or eight,
