MACON, Ga. — Fast moving storms went as a result of the Central Ga location Friday knocking down trees and in a single case, a home.
EMA Director Ricky Sharon says quite a few roofs ended up ruined and power lines knocked down in the Taylor Road and Hopewell Highway region of Crawford County. That area is just south of Culloden, and west of Musella.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Workplace states trees are blocking Highway 18 from MM17 to Highway 87. Motorists are asked to discover an alternate route right until the road has been cleared.
There is also destruction on Dames Ferry Street, which include a person mobile dwelling that overturned.
The sheriff’s office environment claims a person woman was trapped within when unexpected emergency products and services got to the scene but she has considering that been rescued from the home. Her injuries are considered to be small as she was chatting to EMS at the scene.
