The Town of Hornell’s Christmas decorations now have a new home as they await the 2021 holiday break time.
“This donation is this kind of a blessing to the City and is quite a great deal appreciated,” said Mayor John Buckley explained. “It will be put to terrific use as a storage place for our Town Xmas Tree which has been a focal level of the City’s Xmas celebrations for several a long time.
“It is this spirit of local community and generosity that has made Wegmans these kinds of an essential staple in our community for in excess of 50 decades,” Buckley extra. “As a previous staff I know the lengths that Wegmans goes to for their local community and I am specially happy to have you as a component of ours. Thank you once again for your donation.”
Hornell Wegmans donated the trailer with assistance from its Rochester distribution staff.
“It is a precedence for Wegmans to be ready to make a difference in the communities we provide and with the assistance of our distribution staff in Rochester we were ready to source a trailer that would get the job done for the Town,” Hornell Wegmans store supervisor Brett Ahrens explained. “It is our pleasure to be in a position to help ensure the City Christmas tree has a safe and sound and safe place to be saved, defending and preserving it for yrs to occur.”
