Undertake-A-Wall searching for donations, volunteers to aid spruce up nursing house rooms

Undertake-A-Wall has evolved from a regional local community undertaking to an formal not-for-revenue group in Rome.

Spearheaded by Theresa Girouard, the team helps nursing home inhabitants come to feel a lot more comfortable in their rooms by giving decorations, wall artwork, chimes, dry erase boards and other products to increase the areas.

The corporation collects donations and provides them to nursing house citizens all over Oneida and Herkimer counties.
All people who participate are volunteers who supply their time to gather and fall off the items.

Some of the collection web pages contain Enjem’s in Utica, Major Apple Audio in New Hartford and Kinney’s in Camden, but the team is on the lookout for much more destinations in Rome, Herkimer, Boonville and Waterville.
