During its detailed remodel — with architectural style and design by Britt Jewett — the property itself turned a piece of art, showcasing handcrafted element by some of Santa Barbara’s very best cabinetmakers, iron sculptors, stonemasons, and other artisans. Singular Santa Barbara Modern day:  For this all-new dwelling in the quiet foothills over the city, tall panes of curved glass tutorial the eye alongside the stunning expanse of the Santa Barbara Channel. Inside of, all dwelling spaces are on a one level, together with three bedrooms, three baths, and a vast-open living home, kitchen area, and eating space beneath superior ceilings. Easy-completed concrete seamlessly connects the home’s most important inside collecting areas to a welcoming front patio and infinity pool.
