Aides to New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo revealed that his state’s legislation have been much too relaxed on nursing homes and that no facilities have dropped their licenses despite widespread COVID-19 deaths. 

“I believe a ton of these nursing houses, frankly, retrospectively, even prior to COVID have been obtaining away with a ton for a good deal of yrs,” Secretary to Gov.
