IF YOU LOVE ORGANISING & DECLUTTERING SHOWS…
Sparking Joy with Marie Kondo
Organising guru and best-selling author, Marie Kondo, is taking her signature approach to tidying up a step further in her new Netflix series, Sparking Joy. Due to premiere this summer, Marie will show us how the fundamentals of her method can affect businesses, relationships and communities, and we’ll see how the impacts of tidying are surprising, emotional and transformative in the lives of the people she meets.
Throughout the process, we’ll also step into Marie’s own home, meet her family, and get a glimpse into how she sparks joy in her daily life.
Brandon Riegg, Netflix VP of Unscripted and Documentary Series, said it was ‘gratifying’ to see the widespread positive impact of Marie’s methods in Tidying Up with Marie Kondo, which premiered back in 2019. The series was hugely successful and it saw a surge in donations and a renewed passion for decluttering.
‘Since then, we’ve continued to see how home organisation and design shows can motivate our members to improve their surroundings and their lives,’ says Brandon.
