Mila Belle Co Aberdeen SD home decoration retail store

Cathy Christenson and Lynda Solum used see each and every other performing their respective booths during craft reveals. That is how they turned friends.

In October, the two made a decision to collaborate and opened up Mila Belle & Co. at 1023 Sixth Ave. S.E., Suite 2.

Mila Belle & Co. is an ode to equally of their granddaughters. The “Co.” signifies members of the Christenson and Solum families who exhibit their work at the store.

Approximately all of the suppliers at the shop are area, and Christenson and Solum screen and promote their creations, far too.

The decorations are not manufactured on sight at Mila Belle & Co. Instead, the two girls operate at Solum’s lose. They meet three instances a week to focus on the 7 days. 

Solum specializes in generating signals and floral models, while Christenson focuses on a lot more seasonal decorations.

“We like what we do for each individual other … Together we get the job done well,” Christenson said. “I believe we will need distinctive strategies, not just my suggestions, so which is why we speak about it.”
