Illinois: Property invasion, sexual assault at similar household several hours aside

MONROE COUNTY, Sick. — A male was charged with sexual assault and a gentleman and woman have been charged with dwelling invasion soon after law enforcement mentioned they victimized the same lady hours aside.

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office reported Matthew T. Korves, 30, was billed with criminal sexual assault, and Sean A. Korves and Kayla M. Korves were being charged with home invasion in connection with a pair of incidents that happened hours apart previously this month.

Law enforcement stated they began investigating after a report of a sexual assault at a property on Timber Lake Travel in Waterloo, Illinois, on Jan. 10. They identified Matthew Korves as a suspect in the case and took him into custody within just two hrs, but they ended up shortly named back to the household where the assault took spot. 

Deputies stated the suspects in the property invasion have been armed with a knife and a taser. Through their investigation, deputies recognized Sean and Kayla Korves as suspects in the home invasion. They were being taken into custody times afterwards and billed on Jan. 15.

Matthew Korves was billed with felony sexual assault and is remaining held on a $100,000 bond. Sean and Kayla Korves have been every single billed with household invasion. Sean’s bond was established at $150,000 and Kayla’s bond was established at $200,000.

Deputies did not say if the suspects ended up relevant. They each individual experienced distinctive addresses.
