CHEATHAM COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — No accidents had been claimed soon after a Cheatham County residence was ruined by hearth early Thursday early morning.
Firefighters responded close to 5 a.m. to a burning dwelling on Sutton Lane, off Bearwallow Highway, northeast of Ashland City.
When firefighters arrived, major flames could be found coming from the home.
When the lead to of the fire remains beneath investigation, 1 of the people explained to Information 2 that the fire appeared to have started out in the garage, destroying almost everything inside of. The resident reported the fire unfold to the residence, leaving it a “total decline.”
The homeowner stated her spouse and children of four, such as her grandchild, have been sleeping inside, when another person within observed the fireplace. The inhabitants mentioned they attempted to set out the flames with a yard hose, but that did not get the job done.
