Dwelling inspector caught on digital camera pleasuring himself with Elmo doll

Kevin Wayne VanLuven, 59,  was caught on a homeowner's nursery camera March 12, pleasuring himself with an Elmo doll.

A home inspector caught pleasuring himself with an Elmo doll has been charged with two misdemeanor counts in a Rochester Hills district court. 

Kevin Wayne VanLuven, 59, was arraigned on prices of aggravated indecent publicity and malicious destruction of residence below $200. Bond was established at $2,500 income or surety. 

The charges stem from a March 12 incident in Oxford Township, when homeowners questioned to have their assets inspected at request of the prospective buyers. A nursery camera detected movement, the information release stated, so the 22-12 months-outdated homeowner checked her telephone and caught VanLuven in the act. After he concluded pleasuring himself, he returned the doll to its unique area, the launch stated. 

“Just when I feel I have seen it all, somebody actions up and surprises me with a new amount of disturbing actions,” Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard explained in a news launch.
