FLORISSANT, Mo. — An investigation is underway soon after a shooting transpired at a kid’s home in Florissant Tuesday afternoon.
In accordance to the Florissant Police Division, a shooting took place just soon after midday in the parking ton of Marygrove Children’s Property in the 2700 block of Mullanphy Street.
When officers arrived, they uncovered a 61-12 months-old person who experienced a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital exactly where he died.
A supply advised 5 On Your Side’s Robert Townsend the victim was a longtime routine maintenance worker at the children’s home and was a “pleasant guy.” A supply also a claimed a co-employee shot the person, but police have not confirmed that info.
