Daughter of Michigan COVID-19 nursing residence resident shares heartbreaking account: ‘We viewed her fade’

Nicholson shared with “Fox & Good friends Weekend” on Sunday that her mother had struggled with Alzheimer’s for almost 15 decades and was kept primarily beneath the care of herself and her father.

“No more smiles, no more laughing,” she reported. “We hardly saw the employees users in and out of her space. … She was fully dependent on other folks for her treatment.”

According to Michigan.gov, there have been a lot more than 5,000 coronavirus nursing residence deaths claimed. Michigan GOP leaders are calling to investigate the governor’s April 15 order that banned nursing households from turning away patients who were obtaining COVID treatment method from turning them away, if the amenities experienced sufficient individual protective gear and could properly isolate the patients.
