Champlin neighbors react to heightened protection at property of former officer Kim Potter

Barricades, fences and about-the-clock police presence bordering Potter’s home have jarred people in the neighborhood. 

“I imagined, ‘What in the planet occurred now?'” stated LouAnn, who lives in the community. 

At first, it prompted confusion for neighbors like LouAnn.

“I walked down the road and I observed the fence and the barricade and I imagined oh this is exactly where she life,” LouAnn reported.
