The incident transpired on Friday, April 2, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, when the unnamed goal of the kidnapping was leaving for do the job in the early morning as her husband escorted her to her auto when they saw the suspect, Justin Arthur-Ray Davis, sitting down in his truck close by, in accordance to a assertion from the Tulsa Law enforcement Section (TPD).

It was then that Davis bought out of his truck with a shotgun and chased soon after the pair with it as they ran again into their condominium.
