Hudson University District will hold its annual assembly as well as a typical School Board meeting tonight.
Initial, the board will convene at 5:30 p.m. in the Hudson Large University Auditorium. The agenda will include things like information on the new college calendar year underway, a COVID-19 operational update and an AP scholar report.
The yearly conference will commence at 7 p.m. The board will elect officers, review funds and undertake the spending budget and levy.
Donna Christenson, writer of “Burnt Toast & Jam” will communicate when the Hudson Dwelling & Garden Club gathers Tuesday, Sept. 14, for its 60th anniversary celebration.
Members will meet at 1 p.m. at Weitkamp Park, kicking off the afternoon by assembling a flora arrangement. They also will unveil the group’s new brand.
Tea hats, garden hats and rain hats are optional, customers note.
Hudson Spot Chamber of Commerce will officially slice the ribbon for St. Croix Valley Foodstuff Bank at noon Friday, Sept. 17.

NEW RICHMOND — The Alzheimer’s Association is inviting Western Wisconsin citizens to sign up for the struggle to finish Alzheimer’s by collaborating in the Wander to Stop Alzheimer’s at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 18 at New Richmond High Faculty. The opening ceremony is at 9:45 a.m. and the wander at 10 a.m.
