Several new design showrooms, boutiques, and flagships have opened their doors in Singapore recently. Combining innovative features with creative designs, these showrooms present plenty of opportunities to discover new decor inspiration.
Whether it’s a chic minimalist showroom or a maximalist space bursting with colour, these spots will provide an abundant number of ways for you to dress your abode.

Designed by Upstairs_, this new showroom features various laminates from Arova; it is currently exhibiting sculptures crafted by three local studios. Key areas include a zone dubbed Pixel City, which comprises colourful blocks clad in laminates, and a digital simulator that illustrates how the decorative material will look in various settings.

Featuring a dramatic mix of dark walls, marble flooring and glittering chandeliers, this boutique is the firm’s first mono-brand store outside Italy. With over seven centuries of history, the brand is known for crafting lighting pieces using Murano glass; its finesse with glassmaking is showcased to stunning effect in this space.

The local building material supplier is currently renovating its showroom and headquarters, Hafary Gallery; once completed, the 43,000sqft space will serve as a treasure trove of decor inspiration. Designed by Park + Associates, the showroom will feature unique experiential zones that take their cue from the look of luxury hotels and residences, with each area presenting its tile collections in inspiring vignettes.

Homegrown studio Prestige Global Designs are masters of their craft, and they certainly did not hold back when it came to their new office and showroom. Situated in a shophouse unit, the showroom features various zones, such as a garden-themed courtyard and a boardroom designed in the style of a glamorous walk-in wardrobe. Each space is packed with plenty of delightful elements and is noteworthy in itself.

Backed by over six decades of history, Danish furniture brand Wendelbo recently opened a flagship showroom in Singapore. Brought in by local retailer Made & Make, the 2,690sqft boutique is a lofty, minimalist space that features the label’s classic range of sofas, chairs and complements in residential and hotel-like settings.

Housed in a shophouse, the showroom also boasts a range of smart technology offerings that offer an unparalleled experience.

Global window coverings manufacturer Hunter Douglas has relocated to its new premises nearer to the heart of the city. The refreshed Hunter Douglas Inspiration Centre houses the latest range of innovative window treatments. Live displays modelled after homes offer customers a glimpse of the window coverings in operation, while a fabric library creates a tangible aspect to the showroom by showcasing the various fabric textures and colours.
