PANAMA City, Fla. (WMBB) — A Ga man was billed with grand theft soon after being caught loading merchandise into a trailer posing as a retail store personnel, Panama City Police wrote in a news launch.
Officers had been dispatched to the Household Depot on 23rd Road and found Dustin White, 32, of Lakeland, GA, loading items into the again of a U-Haul trailer in the store’s parking lot.
