Texas foodstuff shipping and delivery driver finds property with couple throughout winter season storms

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Chelsea Timmons was dropping off her last Favor Shipping and delivery buy of the working day Sunday when street situations worsened earlier than she anticipated.
