An Austin company alleges in a new lawsuit that the architectural structure of some of the houses designed in a much West Aspect growth infringe on its copyrights.
Kipp Flores Architects LLC filed the lawsuit last week in San Antonio federal courtroom towards Pradera SFR LLC, American Housing Ventures LLC and KTGY Team LLC.
Pradera SFR and American Housing Ventures (AHV) teamed up to develop Pradera, a 250-unit single-loved ones rental home local community at 11631 Culebra Road.
Kipp Flores says in its criticism that 138 households showcasing a few bedrooms and 2½ baths, recognised as the “Bluebonnet” style, violate its exceptional legal rights to reproduce and generate derivatives of its copyrighted will work.
