SCARBOROUGH – Mildred Ruth (Randall) Grubbs, 89, died peacefully Could 23, 2021 in her daughter and son-in-law’s house in Middletown, Conn. following a very long sickness.Mildred was born in South Thomaston on May 16, 1932 to Milledge and Ruth (Simmons) Randall. She graduated from Rockland Significant University in Maine. Mildred experienced a powerful do the job ethic.
