Introducing Neptune’s kitchen and home design services

Neptune’s home design service is an easier, less overwhelming way to bring interior design into your home.

Those who book a home design appointment have usually been into a Neptune store, fallen in love with the calming and homely feel of the rooms, and want to recreate that.

Neptune works mostly with its own collections but that doesn’t mean you’re limited – it makes almost everything you could need, including paint, tiles, timber, flooring, carpets and made-to-measure window treatments.

But that’s not to say you’ll end up with a cookie-cutter Neptune space. The team likes to put as much of your personality and style into a project as possible and will work around any existing pieces you have.

They can even help to source vintage and antique designs to create a space that’s uniquely yours.

Starting your home design journey

Your first, 90-minute consultation is completely free, and will be a one-to-one with a home designer, talking through your ideas in person or over a video call.

You’ll be asked lots of questions so your designer can really get a feel for what you want and how to make the room reflect you and your family and how you like to use the space.

If you’d like to go ahead, your home designer will then visit your home (or meet with you virtually again) to see the space and talk colour schemes, textiles and layout.

When your designs are ready, about two weeks later, they’ll present your room to you with a detailed quote including sketches, moodboards and sample boards.

If you’re happy, they’ll place the order and be there to help the delivery team unwrap, assemble and position, and then style the room for you.

When you embark on a design project with Neptune, you’ll work with your very own designer who’ll be your sounding board and guiding hand

Putting your own stamp on it

Neptune is a firm believer that your kitchen should be nothing short of a pleasure to live with. When you look at it, it should make you feel good. And when you use it, it should make life a bit easier.

With Neptune, your initial kitchen design consultation is completely free. Your designer will walk you through the four collections – from traditional Chichester to contemporary Limehouse – and discover more about your style in the process.

They’ll ask questions about how you use your space, what kind of cook you are, and what appliances and storage solutions you need.

You can also add your own style and personality with paint colours, work surfaces and handles. And, if you’ve got an awkward nib or nook that you need to work around, Neptune’s Wiltshire-based bespoke workshop will get involved to create made-to-measure pieces.

By the end of your appointment, you’ll be able to see how your dream kitchen might come together.
